Policies & Information

Our Office is in our home at the front of the property. Office Hours: 9AM to 9PM

Advance Reservations Strongly Recommended : 575-257-2165 or 800-345-4848 or E-Mail info@dandeecabins.com. Reservations can be made only by direct contact with Dan Dee Cabins.

Check-In : 1PM or Later. PROVIDING YOUR ARRIVAL TIME VERY IMPORTANT. Cabins are made ready in order of anticipated arrivals. Early check-in may be possible if the cabin is ready before 1PM. Arrangements must be made with the office for early check-in, or for arrival after our office closes at 9PM.

Check-Out : 11AM or Earlier. It may be possible to arrange a brief extension of check-out time at no additional charge by contacting the office. If your cabin is not reserved for the night of your scheduled departure date, check-out may be extended for departure up to 5PM by paying a $35 fee. You must make arrangements with the office prior to 11AM on your scheduled departure date. Check-out after 5PM will require payment for an additional night including tax.

Rebooks: In some circumstances, late cancellations may qualify for a one-time rebook privilege within a 30-day period, to which the deposit on hand will be applied. (Winter Holidays excluded.) Rebooks are dependent upon availability and must be arranged with the office. Rebooks must be for the same size or larger cabin, the same number of nights or longer, and will be charged at the same rate as the original reservation or the prevailing rate on the new dates, whichever is greater. Minimum stay requirements may apply. No-shows do not qualify for this privilege.

Cabin Selection: We do all we can to guarantee the cabin of your choice. However, should a last minute problem occur making that impossible, we reserve the right to place you in a similar or larger cabin at no change in rate.

Payment : Required in full upon booking for single night stays, one night including tax for 2 or 3 night stays, and 50% for all other stays.. Deposits are payable by personal check or money order for advance reservations; credit/debit cards accepted for late reservations. Balance is payable in full upon arrival. There is a $10 service fee for returned checks.

Confirmation : Mailed upon receipt of deposit, time allowing; by e-mail upon request. Changes to confirmed reservations prior to or upon arrival may result in additional charges.

Wi-Fi Internet Access with Compatible Laptops : Available 24 hours

Pets : Allowed with prior approval and a $10 non-refundable fee per pet per visit. Pets must be leashed when out on the property, are not allowed on the furniture or beds, and may not be left alone in or at the cabin unless in their own travel kennel. Owners are to clean up after their pets on the grounds.

Smoking : Guests are requested to smoke outside and dispose of all smoking materials safely.

Fire Safety : From time to time there may be bans on the use of charcoal and/or propane barbeques. Burning wood in barbeques, outdoor campfires, and
fireworks are NEVER allowed.

Your cabin is your home while you are here . We encourage our guests to enjoy the cabins, the grounds, and the outdoor facilities and to treat them with respect. We do not enter your cabin during your visit unless you require assistance. We do not provide daily maid service. Towels and other items we supply may be replenished at the office. You must leave the cabin in acceptable condition. We reserve the right to charge up to $100 if extra cleaning is required. You may be charged for the cost of repair for damage caused by any member of your party. For the comfort of all, Quiet Time begins at 9PM.
